At Little Minds Therapy, group therapy is a chance for kids to build important social-emotional skills in a supportive environment—while having fun with peers their own age. Whether it’s practicing how to work through frustration, take turns in conversation, or navigate tricky social moments, group therapy helps kids grow together while feeling seen, heard, and understood.
We keep our groups small, intentional, and relationship-based. Every group is led by a licensed child therapist and we never exceed 6 children per group to make sure every child has space to feel comfortable, engage fully, and be supported individually.

“Social Explorers” – A Social Thinking® Group for Rising 1st Graders
Dates: June 23–27, 2025 Time: 4–5 PM daily
Cost: $375 per child
Group Size: Limited to 6 children Facilitator: Clare Cutler, LMSW
Our “Social Explorers” summer group is designed just for rising 1st graders using the We Thinkers! Volume 1 curriculum. Through play-based activities and storytelling, kids will learn foundational social thinking concepts like following the group plan, using their whole body to listen, and recognizing others’ thoughts and feelings.
Each day, families will receive a short letter outlining what was covered and how to support the learning at home. We also encourage families to connect outside the group—whether it’s meeting up at the park beforehand or heading to dinner together afterward!
