We are looking for a full-time Child Therapist to join our growing team. This on-site role involves providing therapy to children while working closely with families and other healthcare professionals. Parent work is a key part of this role, as we believe in empowering families to support their child’s progress and well-being, ensuring that both children and their families receive the tools and guidance they need to thrive together.

Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with an active license in MD (having additional licensure in DC or VA is a plus)
At least one year of experience providing therapy to children ages 4-12
Experience working in community mental health, schools, private practice, or similar settings with a focus on children’s mental health
Preference for previous training or experience in therapeutic modalities applicable to child therapy, such as Play Therapy, Art Therapy, CBT, PCIT, SPACE, or other relevant approaches
A commitment to seeing 22-25 sessions per week
Availability during peak hours (3pm-7pm, Monday-Thursday)
A team player who values collaboration and professional development
Individuals interested in growing into leadership roles or supervisory positions
Comfort working directly with parents to support their child’s progress and well-being
